# Convocation

Les éducateurs/entraîneurs peuvent décider de vous convoquer automatique à des événements (ex : entraînements) ou de vous convoquer manuellement (ex : match).

Pour que les entraînements puissent être préparer au mieux, nous vous demandons de prévenir le plus tôt possible de vos présences ou abscences !

 Par défaut, vous recevrez ces notifications par courriel et sur votre téléphone si vous avez téléchargé l'application SportEasy. Vous pouvez gérer vos notifications en [cliquant ici](https://sporteasy.zendesk.com/hc/fr/articles/205422612-Modifier-ses-pr%C3%A9f%C3%A9rences-de-notification-).

Vous recevrez un courriel pour toutes nouvelles convocations. Il vous suffit alors de répondre à partir des boutons directement sur le mail.

Sur le site de SportEasy, vous pouvez accéder à vos notifications. Pour répondre à la convocation, il suffit de cliquer sur la notification correspondante.

Si vous avez téléchargé l'application et que vous êtes connecté, vous recevrez une notification "push" à chaque nouvelle convocation.
